We are pleased to announce that American Customer Care (previously known as Mark Facey & Company), a leading outsourced customer service provider for over 35 years, has committed to participate in the AAM Certified Partner Program, an initiative developed to recognize organizations committed to excellence and maximizing efficiency for publishers participating in AAM media audits.

The Certified Partner Program was introduced by BPA Worldwide in 2022 to improve quality, strengthen confidence and streamline the media audit process. Earlier this year, AAM and BPA completed a merger. Organizations serving the media industry, including subscription management services, data, email, and teleservice companies can apply to become an AAM Certified Partner.

As part of the certification process, AAM will review ACC’s policies, processes, technologies, and controls for conformance to AAM’s standards for audience qualification. The certification will include reviews of data acquisition, data maintenance, record access, data retrieval, data archiving, data removal, internal and external reporting, quality control and administrative functions. All must be found to be within the established industry standards to achieve certification.
Once ACC successfully completes the certification and obtains the AAM Certified Seal, AAM will accept audited data directly from the company to make the audit process more efficient for ACC’s publisher clients.
