At its April meeting, the AAM board of directors welcomed two new members to its ranks: Connie Chen from AbbVie, representing advertisers, and Jennifer Litterick from EnsembleIQ, representing Canadian periodicals. Learn more about Chen and Litterick and the experience they bring to the AAM board.
Connie Chen, AbbVie
Chen leads consumer marketing for BOTOX Chronic Migraine, overseeing strategic planning and execution for the largest BOTOX therapeutic indication. As a veteran marketing executive, Chen spent over 10 years at Disney launching new immersive experiences including the first-ever Disney theme park in mainland China, Shanghai Disney Resort. Prior to joining AbbVie, Chen made her mark in the beauty industry where she re-introduced a cult classic color cosmetics brand to a new generation of consumers.
Chen holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Jennifer Litterick, EnsembleIQ
Litterick has over 20 years of experience in media where she has transformed brands, built talent and executed on vision to drive growth. She has expertise in retail, consumer packaged goods and marketing.
Prior to joining EnsembleIQ, Litterick was group publisher at Rogers Media managing their retail and marketing portfolio of brands. Before that, she held managing positions with TIME Canada Inc. working on iconic brands such as TIME, Fortune and People and successfully launched their custom content division in Canada.
Highly engaged in the industries she serves, Litterick has developed and launched new ideas to help solve industry issues and connect stakeholders, including the Canadian Grocer: Star Women award, the CEO Thought Leadership conference and the Generation Next award.
Litterick graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an HBA in political science.
